Hallo,

ich habe gerade einen schweren Fehler begangen - ich habe meine SSD, die ich immer als Unassigend Device eingebunden hatte, aus versehen als Cache eingebunden. Nun will ich diese wieder als Unassigend Device einbinden... Es wird die Platte angezeigt, aber die Partition auf der Platte nicht - nur hinter dem Namen der Button "Format", den ich aber noch NICHT gedrückt habe!

Habe ich eine Chance wieder an die Daten zu kommen? Auf der Platte sind eigentlich nur 3 virtuelle Platten meiner VMs von denen ich leider keine Datensicherung habe...

Do the following:

• Stop array.
• Unassign the device from Unraid.  It will then show as an Unassigned Device.
• Check to see that UD sees the device file system.  It was probably formatted in a file format that Unraid does not support.
• Start array.

You should be good to go.

• Unassign the device from Unraid. - Now it is shown under UD - but i can't access the device. It shows the "format" button behind the name

What did you mean with: Check to see that UD sees the device file system.  It was probably formatted in a file format that Unraid does not support.

Unless something wrote on the disk to affect the file format, UD should recognize the file system once the disk is unassigned from the array.  There is no partition being reported for the disk.  What was the disk format originally?

 

Try clicking on the double arrows on the UD webpage and see if the file system is recognized.

 

Post your diagnostics so I can see what udev is reporting as the file system on that disk
