USB PCI Card Passthrough + Bluetooth Dongle = Input Lag. Any suggestions?

Started using my Linux VM as s daily with both the GPU (RTX 3070) and USB card (Sonnet Allegro USB 3.0 PCIe 4-Port ) passed through. I currently use a bluetooth keyboard and mouse connected via a USB bluetooth dongle connected to the USB pinned card. Randomly the mouse and/or keyboard would get laggy. Anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to eliminate the random input lag?

If I use a wired keyboard and mouse to the same USB card the Bluetooth dongle is attached to there is no lag.

Any thoughts?  I really don't want to go back to wired as I spent a lot on my logitech MX master 3 lol.
