Input/Output errors after replacing both parity and disk 1 drives

I replaced two 1 TB drives with 2 10 TB drives. I replaced parity first and then disk 1 a day later. I am now getting input/output errors when I boot up certain programs. It started with Traefik and Authelia. Now it is doing it for Portainer and Authelia.

 

I'm not sure what to do going forward. I have attached my diagnostics.

    Cache device keeps dropping offline, if possible avoid USB for array/pool devices, if you must try a different USB port and/or USB bridge.

    My machine doesn't have a 3rd sata slot/power. I have to use USB. I'll give switching ports a shot.
