Cache - Unmountable: Unsupported or no file system

Featured Replies

I was getting an issue that said something like cache was full or in read only. Cache and docker both aren't full so I assume it was something to do with read only? Tried restarting the server to resolve. Now it says my cache is "Unmountable: Unsupported or no file system". Any ideas on how I can fix it?

If the log tree is the only issue this should help:

btrfs rescue zero-log /dev/sdf1

then restart array

Cache filesystem has more issues other than the log tree, and it went read-only, best to backup and re-format the whole pool.

I only have one cache ssd. What's the best way to go about backing up and reformatting? Do I need a new cache ssd?

You can copy everything you can to the array, reformat the cache and restore the data, docker/VM services must be disabled first.
