no br0 for docker after upgrade to 6.12.4

After upgrading to Unraid version 6.12.4 the docker containers making use of br0 are no longer able to start and br0 is no longer selectable in the docker container options (only host, bridge and none)

the server itself says that br0 is connected and the vm's running on the same Unraid server are able to use br0;

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
