I'm ready to take the plunge into unRAID and would like someone to comb over my hardware list. I already have some hardware laying around. 15 Drive Box Already have Antec Three-Hundred 3ware 9650SE-4LPML Plan to purchase MSI 760GM-P33 AM3 AMD Sempron 145 Sargas 2.8GHz Crucial 2GB 240-Pin DDR3 CORSAIR Builder Series CX500 V2 SYBA SD-SA2PEX-2IR PCI Express SATA II (3.0Gb/s) Controller Card 3x NORCO SS-500 5 Bay SATA / SAS Hot Swap Rack Module I realize this will actually only get me to a 14 drive setup, but it saves an extra $100 not buying the SuperMicro card on Raj's recommended 15 drive budget box. So I guess my real questions are if the motherboard I plan on buying and the RAID card I already have are compatible? Thank you so much for anyone that can help! Quote Link to comment
