Was unable to access my docker containers this morning and noticed a disk has been disabled again.  Attached is the diag - any assistance in explaining why this keeps happening would be appreciated.

    Not clear why but you suddenly started getting read errors on all your drives (parity, disk2, disk2).   Likely to be something they all share.

    Avoid using USB for array and pool devices, they are prone to random disconnects.
