Emails from my APC UPS

I keep getting the following emails from my APC UPS:

The emails come in pairs and are repeated every few minutes sometime for a few hours.

I stated getting them for the first time about a week ago after nothing for almost a year.

What is the reason and why?

Funny enough, I have also started getting the same emails from my unRAID box telling me that it has restored its connection with the UPS.  However, I haven't had any time to dig into it yet.  The most recent happened just now ... during a lightning storm.  I didn't lose power, but maybe there was a power fluctuation that upset the UPS (guessing here).  ???
