Greetings

     Is it possible to use a separate thumbdrive as a parity drive (not the flashdrive). I have a thumbdrive that is bigger than an of my present drives and was wondering is it possible. Thank you

    While it is technically possible, i would absolutely not advise you to do that. That poor thumbdrive will die very very quickly since parity will be written to every single time.

    Also, USB not recommended for array or pools for many reasons
