I received a warning that said I had some disk errors. I ran a SMART test on the disk but I don't know how to read the report to diagnose the problem. I've attached the SMART report and diagnostics and would really appreciate some help determining what my next steps are.

    It's logged as a disk problem and the SMART test failed, you should replace the disk.
