Files corrupted(?) on disk in array?

Featured Replies

Installed sas card and added disk4 to the array, booted up fine, working fine the past few days.

Noticed contents from drive was missing on Plex all of a sudden a few days later, all from disk3.

Restarted the server, refreshed on sonarr, most of it filled back in but maybe 5-10% of the files are gone.

I can't see any of my media files in the share, I can see them in Krusader, with remnants of the deleted files at the bottom of the list in name only. No details other than the name and size (0 B), this is only on disk3. Smart quickscan shows 0 errors.

Now downloading and importing on Sonarr works, but Plex isn't picking up any new files since it all happened. Scan of library files bring up nothing. Manual import has also slowed way down compared to its normal speed.

Appreciate any input. Thanks. 🙏

Edit: So seems the missing shows that got picked back up by sonarr, is not being seen on Plex, just a lot of holes. I can see them on Krusader though.

Edit2: Even more confusing, my media folders don't show up in share (tv,movies, anime) but my 4k folder with like 5 movies does show up, which are on disk2 and disk3 same as my other files.
