Possible corruption on flash drive (is my flash drive dying?)

I tried combing through the logs but not really sure what I'm looking for to determine if I need to replace my flash drive or not. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Logs are quite large, but after a quick look don't see any flash drive issues, reboot and post new diags if it happens again.

    Had to do a shutdown due to scheduled power outage and still getting the warning/error. Here are new logs --- side note is this error message possibly because of the smartctl error for the flash drive?

    No flash drive issues that I can see, just delete that bash_extra.cfg file, it's not stock.
