Unraid Server Keeps Crashing (6.12.4)

Featured Replies

Hello!

We recently set up a new server build, and it has been performing well with consistent uptimes, typically around 30 days at a time. However, in the past week, we've encountered an issue with our Unraid server. It has started crashing intermittently without any discernible changes, becoming unresponsive to pings, and then suddenly coming back online. We're currently puzzled about the root cause of this issue.

Our server hosts several docker and VM applications.

We've attached diagnostic data, but we haven't observed any significant log entries during these events. Interestingly, the crashes have occurred during the past three nights, roughly around 6:40 PM AEST.

We're seeking assistance in diagnosing and resolving this issue! Any assistance would be appreciated!

Unfortunately there's nothing relevant logged, this usually points to a hardware issue, one thing you can try is to boot the server in safe mode with all docker/VMs disabled, let it run as a basic NAS for a few days, if it still crashes it's likely a hardware problem, if it doesn't start turning on the other services one by one.
