Unable to access GUI on (only) one computer on my network

My MacBook cannot access the GUI when I type in the local IP.  Was working until recently.  Now I get a blank page after logging in.  All other computers work fine.  Have tried cleaning cookies, etc. and still no luck.  It does it in Safari and in Chrome.  Cannot figure out what is causing the issue.  Diagnostics attached.  Thanks.
