Docker broken all of a sudden

My Docker section is broken all of a sudden. It looks like this:

Recently, before this, my Hema 8GB USB2 drive dissappeared (along with my key). Could not do a thing anymore.
Could the above be due to a faulty USB drive? If so, choosing to use this Hema stick was a bad idea. @Support: please let me change it back to the Sandisk drive I used before.

    I was able to remove and delete all images and reinstall all 25.

    Seems to be working again (for how long?) Still strange isn't it? Any idea what might have caused it?
