October 1, 20232 yr I cannot access the Unraid Docker webGUI http://tower/Docker. Web page error message: Docker Service failed to start. No Docker containers installed. Syslog: Oct 1 10:07:49 Tower unraid-api[24376]: ✔️ UNRAID API started successfully! Oct 1 10:07:50 Tower unraid-api[24376]: ⚠️ Caught exception: connect ECONNREFUSED /var/run/docker.sock Oct 1 10:07:50 Tower unraid-api[24376]: ⚠️ UNRAID API crashed with exit code 1 However, all my docker containers appear to be working fine, and I can access the docker containers. Since this happened around the 1st of the month, I assume this might have something to do with some scheduled tasks (i.e. backing up appdata). I was able to workaround and resolve the issue by running the command: /etc/rc.d/rc.docker start But, I would like to try and prevent this from happening in the future or to someone else. tower-diagnostics-20231001-1049.zip Edited October 1, 20232 yr by Jaybau
October 2, 20232 yr Community Expert Looks like you have a container constantly restarting, check their up times to see if you can find it. There's also an OOM error. Reboot to clear the logs and post new diags after array start.
November 17, 20232 yr I just face the exactly same problem as this. Will try to run the command manully.
April 25, 20242 yr I am also having this issue. stopping/starting docker did not help. attached is my diagnostics file if anyone is able to assist. plex-prod-diagnostics-20240425-0843.zip
April 25, 20242 yr Community Expert Apr 25 04:47:34 PLEX-PROD kernel: BTRFS: error (device nvme0n1p1: state A) in __btrfs_free_extent:3072: errno=-2 No such entry Apr 25 04:47:34 PLEX-PROD kernel: BTRFS info (device nvme0n1p1: state EA): forced readonly Cache pool went read only, with btrfs recommend backing up and reformatting the pool.
April 25, 20242 yr @JorgeB do you recommend the cache pool be btrfs or xfs? This isn't the first time this has happened. I could also have bad hardware that needs be replaced.
April 25, 20242 yr Community Expert Btrfs usually work fine with good hardware, but try zfs, if you also have issues with that, there could be an underlying hardware problem.
May 8, 20242 yr Also having this issue. Version 6.12.10 2024-04-03 I will add a diagnostics shortly(Just added) nzwhs01-diagnostics-20240508-0745.zip nzwhs01-diagnostics-20240508-1629.zip Edited May 8, 20242 yr by bullmoose20 added 2nd diags file as server rebooted at least 1 more time
May 14, 20242 yr Did anyone have luck with solving this issue? Having the same one, but only since 6.12.10 update.

EDIT: After restart everything is fine without changing any option or setting. Same here, I selected "Enable Docker: No" apply and "Enable Docker: Yes" apply, and it worked....
