Hello all, I seem to have a small problem and have no idea how to fix it.

Could anyone point me in the right direction on how to fix this please… understanding I know very little about terminal commands.

Cheers

Thanks for the info.
So just to double check, I need to run unraid in maintenance mode then run xfs_repair -v /dev/md6 in terminal. Sound correct?

Yes to Maintenance mode, but no need to use terminal as you can do it from the GUI by clicking on the drive in the GUI as described in the link and this is recommended as less error prone.
