[6.12.4] Unraid GUI unaccessible as soon as array is started after Router/ISP change, but dockers seem to work.

Featured Replies

Hey everybody, I switched ISPs and thus also their mandatory routers and now Unraid behaves really weirdly. When I start my server I can access the GUI and all settings. However, as soon as I start my Array, the GUI becomes completely inaccessible, neither directly, nor via Unraid Connect or any other means. I can still ping it and Dockers (at least Plex) also seem to be started correctly.

Can this be a routing issue? I noticed that some reverse proxies also don't work anymore. I really welcome your help!

Found a solution on reddit:

Nginx had to be (re-)started. So I ssh-ed into the server and ran

/etc/rc.d/rc.nginx start

The GUI immediately worked after that.

Had the same problem.

The command can solve the issue, but not a permanent fix.

Do you try stop the array and start again to check if the webui can aceess again?

I need to run the command every time starting the array.
