Can't login in the UI or ssh or services installed through local ip

I cant acces the gui or SSH or any of the services from unraid using the local network IP only by tailscale IP tried restarting the server and checked IP many times on the devices list of the router appear the devie and its IP but wwhen the router tries to ping the server it can't reach it.

 

It's like it's connected but blocking everything from the local network.l

 

Tailscale was not installed recently and I didnt chagne anything in the last days.
