First post please be gentle...

 

I have had a "windows" PC as my Home server for along time.. so normally I have just set up a couple of drives say one for my personal / Household files and one as a Download drive and just remoted in and used Windows like every other pc I have ever owned...

 

and these haver been a basic windows share to the rest of the network

 

I am going Unraid due to older hardware not being compatible with W11.

 

so Can I set up my PF and download drive as per normal or how would I go about configuring them..

 

4 x 14TB as my "array" and a 2TB SSD PF and a 4TB as my download drive
