Weird permissions issue moving files to a share

I'm having a very strange problem. I was moving all of my music from my old computer to a share on my Unraid server. 95% of the music moved without issue, but about 5% will not move saying I need permissions. I tried replacing all the permissions on the files through Windows, but that didn't work.

I can move the folders to another drive on my computer without issue, and I can move the folders to another share on my Unraid server without issue, but not the share I want the folders to be in.

Is there a way to force move these folders to where I want them within Unraid?

Maybe using the console since I was able to move the folders to a different share on the Unraid server?
