Can someone tell me what the process is especially without proof of purchase?

    Did you ever find what the process is? I too have a failing Toshiba N300 4 TB drive that is just over one year old and I can not find my sales receipt. I'm in Canada.

    can i ask how the rest of your drives are, and would you buy again, i'm currently looking for a 20TB and the rest of my drives are ironwolf or exos ?
