Moving to a new server, need some advice

I've got a new server to replace my old one.

I want to move the disks and make some changes.

 

Currently my array is 8 disks + Parity.

 

I want to remove 5 smaller disks (4 of 4TB, 1 of 3TB), add change the parity to a bigger one that I've pre-cleared then add the current parity as a data disk.

New, I've already UnBalaned the smaller drives.

 

Not sure what my next step is.

Should I just move all the drives that I want then "Make" a new configuration on the new server with the changes that I need?

maybe parity sync before?

do the changes on the old server and only then move everything?

 

Please advice
