Dell R620 network issue

Hi, I am new to Unraid. I setting up my dell R620 that has two NICs . One with 2 , 1g ports second with 2,10g SFP and 2 1g ports. So my issue is that whenever I connect the Ethernet cable in second card 1g port with DHCP configured,Unraid did not assign ipv4 and no web GUI is assembled. But if I connect the cable in first card 1g port it has been assigned with IPv4 address. Please help and let know that what I need to do get the second card working. Thanks
