First thing looks like you have two HBAs connected to the same expander, it's spamming the log with duplicate IDs, correct that and post enable the syslog server and post that after an attempted start.

I have the same issue; after boot, the array gets stuck at "Opening encrypted volumes".

The problem started after I bound my RTX 4060 to VFIO at boot (from "Tools" -> "System Devices") to have it pass through to a VM for gaming. If I remove the binding and restart, everything works as expected again. Any ideas?

Post the diags after trying to start the array, if you cannot get them post the syslog at least:

cp /var/log/syslog /boot/syslog.txt
