whats the difference between a supermicro 846 and 848 fan wall?

I just orderered a 3D printed fan wall brackets off of etsy and grabbed the wrong one. Seller had an 846 and 848 version and looked really similar and I was going back and forth looking at listings and thought I grabbed the right one. 

 

Got an 848 and needed an 846 so I am going to have to modify it. It's on it's way and I was preparing myself on what I have to do to modify it
