Failed Docker service, bad memory, uncooperative cache drive, now what?

TLDR, Had issues with my Plex server freezing. Eventually Docker service failed. After deleting the vdrive it loaded for a day, then failed again and refused to load at all. Cache said it was mounted read-only or completely full. Ram memory test, failed. Replaced memory, now not sure where to proceed. Not filled with a ton of unraid knowledge, but i searched like crazy.

    Cache filesystem is going read-only, likely damaged from previous RAM issues, suggest to backup and re-format.
