When I was testing I used a throwaway email address and connect account. I purchased a license and want to use my clear work email address, but I can't log out of the server since creating the new account. My goal is to attach my server to the new connect account and assign the license. I'm getting the following error when I try to sign out of the old account.

Error: {"message":"Request failed with status code 403","data":{"error":"KeyFile is not registered with Lime Technology - please contact support and provide your Keyfile."}}

 

I have the same problem. Already tested the third flash drive and still the same message. I still have a trial license. I am waiting for the end of the month to purchase the license.
