September 21, 201114 yr Hi, Sorry if this has been discussed before, but every VPN topic I have found seems to be talking about connecting to unraid via VPN or such like I queue up things on sabNZBD (on my unraid server) regularly but I have just moved house and have gone with a provider who throttles newsgroup access (not a lot of choice of provider here). I have a strongvpn account which is fine from my laptop but obviously the unraid server doesn't use it. One option was a VPN router but they all seem slow due to the crappy processors in them, so that's a bit pointless, as I'd be downloading at half the speed of my connection. Is there a way of configuring unraid to connect using VPN to the vpn host? Thanks
September 22, 201114 yr My provider throttles newsgroups during peak hours on secure port 563 but not on 443.... Might be worth a check. I just queue my stuff for out of hours now.
