i purchased unraid plus about a month ago and successfully activated it on a build. in my testing i ended up wiping everything (not knowing) including my USB drive. i have it running now with a different USB drive and i just want to use the same license. but i can't. and unraid connect gives me a 403 error when i try to link current setup with my account:

 

i found in Tools -> Registration you can paste URL to key which i did (received the key via email on purchase for anyone else wondering). it then prompted to replace key which i clicked and it brought me here:

i click confirm and get the same error. dafuq?

Activation is one-time only, you cannot activate again, if the automatic key replacement isn't working contact support.
