installation usb wont boot

I have a proxmox server that i want to run unraid on not as a vm or something just instead of proxmox.

but it wont boot from the installation usb. 

i can see the usb in the bios and it set as 1st to boot but it just gives me no drive detected incert drive and pres key. 

any to all ideas are welcome :)

    If the server supports it try booting UEFI, rename EFI- to EFI
