pi.alert container stopping

I'm trying to use pi.alert container.  It starts fine but never finds anything other than itself and the internet connection.  If I try and manually launch an arpwatch scan the container stops with nothing useful in the logs.  It will re-start and runs fine again.  Anyone encounter this?
