Both flash disks are Sandisk 3+. 

THe windows USB flash creator program greys out all options and marks them as incompatible. One of them is 32gb and i particularly assigned a new UUID to it.

 

Would appreciate any pointers.  Thanks

    What do you mean?

     

    The USB stick's GUID is set at the factory, and must be globally unique to qualify for an Unraid license.

     

    That said, try using the manual install method, the creator tool doesn't work for some folks.
