October 28, 20232 yr Hi Good afternoon so i am having a problem accessing my server using the url but if i go to This PC/ Network it is there and i can see server and folders on server but not the main console , i have tryed to turn of firewall no difference any help please
October 28, 20232 yr Community Expert Can you make a ssh connection from your PC? If so you could then run the 'diagnostics' command that would give us something to work with.

October 29, 20232 yr /logs folder on the flash drive. If it's exported as a share then it's in the flash share. Otherwise you need to power down, pull the flash and put into another system to get the diagnostics

October 30, 20232 yr Community Expert If you have a monitor and keyboard connected to the server, go there and type diagnostics, they will be saved to the flash drive, /logs folder, upload that zip here.
October 30, 20232 yr Author ok i am sorry about this so i have plugged a keyboard and monitor into server and when i switched on it loaded everything and when loaded comes up asking me to log in which i have never had to do before so i can not type anything i am so lost sorry again
October 30, 20232 yr I have the same issue but no access to a keyboard and monitor to plug into my server. One moment everything was working and now I get the message unable to connect. I am at a loss. I have reset the router to factory settings I have looked at the firewall and proxy settings on my linux machine that I am trying to connect to the unraid machine with. Is it possible that a security setting has been enabled or disabled that I am not aware of?

October 31, 20232 yr Community Expert Cursor won't move when entering the password, that's normal, but it will still access the input after you press return.
