Server freeze issue (unraid 6.12.1)

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have been encountering an issue with my Unraid server where, every few weeks, the server would freeze after logging into the webUI, requiring a hard restart. I haven't had time to look deeper into the issue since it was so sporadic. However, the past couple of days, it has been constantly freezing as I move around files using Unbalance. Parity checks complete without any issue, but Unbalance moves almost always cause the system to freeze after several hours.

I have been running memtest, thinking it was a memory issue, but it has been running for 16 hours now without any errors. Nothing in the system is overclocked; the CPU is using stock settings, and XMP is off. I am using a Ryzen 3000 series processor and have global c-states disabled in the BIOS. It also doesn't appear to be a temperature issue, as the highest temperature I've seen while monitoring was in the mid-40s. The Unraid OS is version 6.12.1.

I have a syslog file of the most recent freeze when attempting an Unbalance move. If anyone can help me understand the logs, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Unraid driver is crashing, this usually means a hardware issue, start by running memtest.
