Is Unraid worth it for Gaming or Stand alone Linux with QEMU

Currently running into an issue where i can't recompile the kernel on Unraid, which i'd like for Gaming with Anti-cheat working. As so far the best solution I have found for Easy-Anti Cheat (Especially for The FInals) is: https://github.com/zhaodice/qemu-anti-detection

Any though on re-compiling the Unraid kernal or should i switch to linux and setup QEMU?
(Or just say fuck it and build another machine so no virtualising?)

@Nizrd Struggling with the same issues here so I'm really curious.. How did it end up going for you?

I've tried and tried but its one of those things where I think if you find a fix, they will find a patch anyways.

Might be better to just get a separate machine for games that use BattleEye/EAC.

Edit: Or, get another NVME/SSD/HDD and dual-boot into windows for that exact purpose if you have any slots left over.
