v6.12.4: rsync creation time behavior and switch

Featured Replies

A few weeks ago, I backed off a large amount of photos from my Synology NAS to my Unraid server because the Synology box dumped on me.  I used the -avh switches, and all of the files moved AND maintained their original creation dates (date I pushed the shutter button on the camera).

Today, I tried to rsync them back to the Synology box with the src and dest switched from what I originally did, and the creation dates are all showing as today (the date the file was copied back to the Synology box).

I tried using -N and --crtimes switches, but those did not work.

Does anyone know what switches to use from the Unraid terminal to force rsync to keep the original file creation time?

Thank you.
