Disk 4 read error. Diagnostics attached

I did shut it down and move the tower last night. When I saw the error today, I shut it down and unplugged and plugged all the drive power and data cables restarted it and downloaded the diagnostics file.

Is this a cable issue, or a drive issue?

Emulated disk4 is mounted. Do you know how to rebuild it?

I haven't looked that up yet.

I am running an extended smart test on it right now.

Why is it so hard to find the instructions for a same disk rebuild. I can find replace the disk rebuild, but not same disk rebuild. I found 1 link for it and its broken.
