Cache was unmountable, now stuck on read only

Was having initially after restart cache was unmountable, was perusing the forums and did the btrfs rescue zero-log.  Which brought the pool back up, but now I'm not able to do any writes to it, can't change perm/owners, etc.  What should be the best course of action.

    Filesystem as other issues other than just the log tree, backup and re-format.
