Server crashes extremely frequently. Nothing obvious to me in the logs. Am I going insane?

As the title says, my server crashes constantly. It has been offline for a few months, but this problem has existed for a while. It will run fine for anywhere from 30 minutes, to a couple days, and then completely locks up and I have to do a hard reboot.  I really have no idea where to start looking here. I'm attaching a diagnostics report and syslog, hoping someone sees something I'm missing! TIA
