November 9, 20232 yr Hello, I bought unraid a few years ago and have recently decided to start my server back up. I need to renew or replace my key file but the url I recieved in my original email gives an error. I did recently accidently click it and don't download the the file it tried to download. I had forgotten I would likely need to replace the key file I had saved already for a couple years ago. Anyway I made my usb boot drive and adding the key file, but I get a message that I need to replace it as it's old and associated to a different guid. I also tried using the url and downloading the key but get error 8. I figure all this means I need customer supports help in getting a new key file. So I emailed support, figuring I would hear back in about a day since that's what it says on the contact page. This was Thursday night last week. I emailed again Monday but still no response. So I figured I'd post here and see if anyone has any ideas.

November 9, 20232 yr Author The usb I'm using has never had a unraid license on it as it was new. I did try to do a key replacement. Forgot to mention this, when I tried it and it got to a spot in the window it opened where it said to close the window and then click "complete replacement" in the top right corner. I would click complete and it would just reopen to same window and kept looping. I did try reinstalling it using the tool a few times and I tried doing a manual install.

I emailed through https://unraid.net/contact is there a different way I should be trying? The email I used for it is the same as my account so. At the moment what it seems to me is I think the system thinks I already replaced my key (when I clicked the link by mistake) and so wont let me replace it using the automated replacement since it hasnt been 12 months. Dont know if Im wrong on that but that was my thought anyway. Edited November 10, 20232 yr by Vroop
November 10, 20232 yr @Vroopthere are no tickets under your account, something didn't work correctly, please try again or send me a pm with the new flash drive GUID and I will take care of the key transfer for you.
