can´t replace cache drive -> cache - too many missing/wrong devices

Hi there,

I am trying to replace my old SATA cache drive to a new Samsung NVME.

All data from old cache has been transfered to the array, cache is empty. Then i stopped the arry and tried to select the NVME and restart the array:

Here is the shares setting:

I also tried to reboot but the same result, please help.
