November 9, 20232 yr I have some problems with Unraid could someone help me? my problem is that I have to make the USB flash drive manual because the Unraid USB Flash gedöns always closes. after I downloaded the .zip and unzipped the .zip on the USB the docu wants you to execute the make_bootable.bat by right clicking as admin and pressing any key and now the next problem. Make Bootable v1.5 Disk in drive E: is UNRAID Volume serial number: BCC5-F176 Ready to make disk bootable! Press any key . . . E:\syslinux\syslinux.exe -maf E: Writing MBR: Access denied Did not successfully update the MBR; continuing... Completed Press any key . . . I have opened it with administrator rights as written in the documentation. I am using Windows 11 Pro. If that is still important
November 9, 20232 yr Community Expert Plug the flash drive back in your PC. Open Windows Explorer, select the drive and right click on the drive. Look and see what File System is being used and the capacity if the drive. It should be FAT32 and 32GB or smaller. (There are around the size issue...)
