November 10, 20232 yr Thanks to the AMAZING people on this forum I've got my unRaid box up and running. I want to move about 2 TB of data from my synology NAS to my unRaid box. I've got both set up properly for network sharing and I could just open up both folders in windows explore and drag & drop, but that seems like it makes the data go through my windows machine necessarily. Is there a way to grab the data directly from the Synology NAS from within unRaid? Alternatively, even if it takes longer is it just better to do it the drag & drop through windows method? Thank you!
