Recently got this set up and have loved it, but trying to wait until the Black Friday sale before getting a license.

 

I click on "extend trial" which brings up a pop - I log in, and then I get a window saying "Almost there. Close this window then click the Finish Trial Extension button in your webGUI"

 

I then close the pop up, and then a "Finish Trial Extension" button appears in the webGUI. I click on it...which brings up the same exact pop up, saying "Almost there. Close this window then click the Finish Trial Extension button in your webGUI"

 

I then close the new pop up, and then a "Finish Trial Extension" button appears in the webGUI. I click on it...which brings up the same exact pop up, saying "Almost there. Close this window then click the Finish Trial Extension button in your webGUI"

How do I get out of this loop? Doesn't matter what browser I use - tried Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. Array was shut down, so can't start it.

 

Edit: tried restarting the machine and now the "Finish Trial Extension" button doesn't even appear after the (same) pop up

Did you get any help with this? Mine doesnt even show the 15 day extenstion and Im in the same boat, was waiting till next week to grab a license.

I am experiencing the exact same problem described by @nny00000. Clicking FINISH TRIAL EXTENSION takes me right back to the "Almost there' pop-up.

You need to contact support, they can extend manually.

I also have this problem. I've sent support an email... hopefully they reply before it all implodes!

I've found that if you install the Connect plugin (using the Apps page) the trial extension works, alternatively contact support.
