UPS的USB通信导致的阵列无法自启动问题

在连接UPS后重启unraid，发现阵列无法自启动，查询日志有如下报错


Nov 15 10:06:54 NAS avahi-dnsconfd[9324]: Successfully connected to Avahi daemon.
Nov 15 10:06:54 NAS kernel: usb 1-10.4: device not accepting address 10, error -71
Nov 15 10:06:54 NAS kernel: usb 1-10.4: new low-speed USB device number 11 using xhci_hcd
Nov 15 10:06:54 NAS kernel: usb 1-10.4: Device not responding to setup address.
Nov 15 10:06:54 NAS kernel: usb 1-10.4: Device not responding to setup address.
Nov 15 10:06:54 NAS emhttpd: Autostart disabled (device configuration change)

 

尝试在ups设置的页面中关闭或者打开与ups的USB通信，可以看到日志中会反复刷新上述标黄部分报错

 

请问应该如何排除这个问题。

 

另外ups的识别是完全正常的，不知道这个报错是怎么导致的
