Should I format Array into ZFS mode would benefit the performance? Currently using XFS

If I set Array to ZFS mode, would it benefit the overall performance?(for I have heard that unraid 6.12 can only set individual Array drives into ZFS mode)

If it would, should I just stop the Array and change it from XFS to ZFS and re-start it without any problem?

Btw I am using a single HC550 18T and a EXOS 18T as parity, with another HC550 18T planning to install.
