Server becomes unresponsive with no syslog

Featured Replies

Hello,

I have been experiencing daily crashed on my unraid for few months, I initially though it was due to macvlan issues, but after deep analysis it doesn't seems to be that.

My server is crashing without any relevant syslog (at least as per my understanding). I'm running 1 VM and 2 dockers.

What I have tried so far without any luck :

  • Stop using docker
  • Downgraded until 6.10.3
  • Memtest no issues
  • Run in safe mode with only the VM on
  • Use the r8125 driver for my NIC

I suspect either the VM or my main NIC to be the issue, I'm currently trying to run in safe mode without the VM.

Thanks for your feedback

Update from 17.11 :
Running in safe mode without docker and VM did crash the server, I have updated the bios and will run it again without any docker/VM

syslog (1) unraid-diagnostics-20231116-2155.zip

Try that, but looks more like a hardware issue.
