After following the instructions from the post on here I have the following results from using the memorystorager plugin. I am not sure if it is saying 31G for the 3 mnt mounts at the bottom also I can see that transcode is at 28g. Attached the diagnostic file

Your problem is that the transcode folder is filling up your RAM as it is set to a location in RAM.
