long story short disk 9 went offline about 2 weeks ago, ran smart on it everything cleared, rebuilt on top and was fine for about a week.  Woke up 2 days ago and disk 9 was offline and not detected.  pulled it and replaced with a new drive, rebuild failed showing read errors on disk 8 and 10.  powered down, changed sata connectors and controller the disks were on.  rebooted and started rebuild again.  made it to 99% then disk 10 threw some read errors and the rebuild failed.  Powered down again and replaced power connectors and it's rebuilding again.

 

Am I missing something?  Anyone able to look at the diags and see if they see something that sticks out?

There are issues with multiple disks suggesting a power problem, or controller, but that's much less likely with the onboard SATA.

Ended up being the power splitter. Swapped it out, rebuilt,  and no issues since.
